Sandeep is an Engineering Manager at a Canadian-based consultancy with over 22 years of coding experience, including five years professionally. He holds a degree in Business Administration with distinction and spent nearly a decade in human resources before returning to his childhood passion—coding.

Over the years, Sandeep has been actively involved in the Toronto and London tech communities. He has co-founded a startup, taught with NGOs like Black Boys Code, and previously served as the London City Chapter Lead for Canada Learning Code. He now mentors part-time with Lighthouse Labs, helping the next generation of developers grow their skills and confidence.

Teaching and mentoring continue to be at the heart of his work. Outside of tech, Sandeep loves playing video games with his 7-year-old daughter.

Web Developer with experience in entrepreneurship, consulting, and media production in Toronto and knack for creating new solutions in a short period of time. Fun, energetic, fast learner who knows that honesty, teamwork, and hard work are the most important elements for any project. Passionate about technology, the internet, languages, and acquiring new knowledge and skills.

Specializing in custom web solutions utilizing Next.js, AstroJS, and Sanity to drive targeted marketing and give users personalized experiences, resulting in increased sales. My goal is to create web solutions that not only look great but also perform well in terms of SEO optimization and performance.

Whenever I am not coding, I’m either cuddling foster dogs, out creating content with my musician partner, or out in a park playing soccer. Actively learning and expanding my skillset in new technologies to stay at the forefront of the industry.

Anh is a Quality Control Chemist at PolyAnalytik Inc., specializing in High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Fast Protein Liquid Chromatography (FPLC). With over three years of professional experience, Anh holds a degree in Chemistry and has been passionate about scientific research and application since her studies. Her role involves conducting tests on products to ensure their quality meets regulatory standards.

Having moved to Canada from Vietnam in 2018, Anh has immersed herself in both the local and academic communities. She is actively involved in initiatives that bridge the gap between chemistry and artificial intelligence, exploring how AI can optimize scientific processes. Anh also has a keen interest in teaching and often spends time mentoring students and young professionals, guiding them through the complexities of both chemistry and the English language.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Anh enjoys playing chess, exploring video games, and participating in cultural activities that connect her to her Vietnamese roots. She also dedicates time to studying French, aiming to bolster her language skills for both personal enrichment and professional utility.
